Week in review!

My parents neighbors little girl was selling some cookie dough, so when we went down to pay for it, Mitchell somehow found his way onto their go-kart. It didn't take much convincing for Papaw to take him for a ride though.
Monday night we went over to cousin Michael's house and played for a while.

Michael really focusing on pushing that wheelbarrow!

Peek-a-boo

Ready to take some money from me.

Pawpaw's birthday dinner. This was the best picture that I was able to get. Once the boys saw the cake thats all they were concerned with, except for Nolen, he's become a little ham with the camera!
Finger-lickin' good!
Mitchell says, there's too much going on. No time to stop and take a picture!

What a cute picture of Nolen and Pawpaw!
Pawpaw and his grandkids & great-grandkids!

After the birthday festivities were over, it was time for the wrestling festivities. Nolen and Mitchell had Royal Rumble 32! I think Mitchell was thankful that they were on carpet in this picture!

Get him while I hold him down!

Another Muddy Day!

Mitchell and his daddy love having mud days! I think Mitchell missed his calling, he was really supposed to be a pig in this life! HAHA He has the best time playing in the mud and I honestly think he could stay outside and play in it all day long if we'd let him. This time was a little more muddy than the last. He literally had mud caked in his ear and on his head by the time he was done. We washed him off with the (cold) waterhose outside, then took him inside to the sink to finish him off.
Making the mud the right consistency!
Look Momma!

I LOVE this!

Happy Birthday Pawpaw!

Just wanted to wish my Pawpaw a Happy 83rd Birthday! We are eating tonight at their house for his birthday dinner. Please say a little prayer for Pawpaw on Thursday. He's going in for surgery. The doctors have been keeping an eye on his corroded artery since back in the 80's because it was partially blocked back then. He has since had a yearly scan and this past one showed that a stint was needed. It's not a real serious surgery but any surgery with elderly people is risky to me. So we just pray that it goes well and he has a speedy recovery!

Wilson County Fair (cont.)

Here is Nolen's debut race!

I forgot to mention in the previous post that after the time trials were over all of the kiddos decided to have a 30 car demolition derby in the outfield! Let me just tell you, it was craziness. I was trying to video/take pictures while trying to not get side-swiped by a 3 yr. old passing by! HAHA

Wilson County Fair

Or "sair" as Mitchell calls it. He hasn't quite gotten his "f" sounds down yet, so everything that starts with a "f" sounds like a "s". Mitchell had a blast last night. There was so much for him to do and to see. I think he rode in his stroller longer than he ever has, just because there was so much going on. We got to see Nolen make his racing debut. They had a power wheel race for the little ones. It was on an infield of a softball field and they timed them individually as they went around the circle. Trevor was Nolen's navigator and he did a great job!
We got to see cows, goats, pigs, roosters/hens, ducks, turkeys, and even a camel. Mitchell thought the roosters cock-a-doodle-dooing was pretty funny.
Mitchell got to ride a boat, helicopter, and choo-choo ride. He rode the train 3 times!
To end the night, Mitchell and I shared a brownie and ice cream treat. Guess thats why he didn't go to sleep until after 11! :0)
I can't WAIT to see Nolen race!
The crazy driver and his passengers!

Checking out the Moo cows!

Here little duckie!

I think Mitchell kept thinking that the boy sitting behind was going to hit them with his boat! HAHA He looked back at him just about the entire ride!

You are a WINNER!

Watching the dogs flying through the air catching the frisbee!

Feeding the goats carrots!
FEED ME!

I laugh everytime i see this picture! This little goat was just standing on top of this big cow! HAHA

There you got Mr. Camel!

Hanging out on the choo-choo!

No, he didn't sit like this the whole ride. He was in the floor most of the time. I'm just thankful he didn't fall out! HAHA

Until next year!

Better late than never, right?

Here are a few pictures from the June 7th photo shoot that Mitchell and his two cousins had at Portrait Innovations. We got all of the kiddos together for pictures for Father's Day. My scanner at work has been down for a while, so I haven't had the opportunity to scan the pics! Portrait Innovations did a great job and had lots of patience to work with three almost 2 year olds! They were running every which way, but managed to get some good shots in.

Mud Bath!

Friday night, Mitchell and his daddy decided that they needed a refreshing mud bath! One of his favorite things is to play with any kind of water, especially the water hose. So he found a dry spot and made some mud!

Ahhhhhh, SO refreshing!

Happy 30th Birthday Craig!

Just wanted to wish my brother Craig a Happy 30th birthday! He's been dreading this day for a while, but at least he doesn't look his age! I've had several people over the years think that I was the older one, so that should make him feel good!
Craig has always been a great brother, very protective and loving! He's also a great father to his two little boys. a great provider, and great husband! Hope you have a great day! Love you bro!
Didn't have many pics of just Craig on my computer, so I thought I'd throw in some brother/sister pics! HAHA I'm sure this one was a before or after church picture.
Showing some love to me!

Awwww, I can feel the love!

With his two boys!

Just Craig!

Birthday Dinner!

Last night we met my two aunts and their familys at Camino Real to celebrate Chelsea and Aunt Sissy's birthdays! Afterwards we all went to Aunt Sissy's. Mitchell got to meet a horse for the first time. He wasn't too sure about it, I think he'll continue to "neigh" at the horses as we pass them on the road but doesn't want any closer! Mitchell and Drew (my cousins little boy) had a blast playing together!
So innocent looking!
