Last Sunday we knew it was going to be a pretty day, so we took off after church and headed to the zoo! Mitchell was so excited that he hardly ate anything for lunch-thats not unusual though, he'd much rather be doing something else than sitting still eating! We got there around 11 and it was still a little breezy and chilly, but it def. warmed up once it got into the afternoon! We were there for about 3 hours and i think around an hour was spent on the playground! He loves it!

After a long deliberation he finally chose the white tiger! We were hoping to see the baby white tigers, but it must have been their eating time!

These little guys are by far my favorite! This one meerkat was just posing for everyone! He sat like this for a good 10 minutes! They are a little dirty, but oh so cute!
Mitch with his 5 lbs. bag of popcorn! We saw some fish, so he thought he could feed them popcorn, since thats what we do at Defeated when we go camping! But we quickly told him that we would get kicked out of the zoo if we did that there!

Looks like you had a great day! Next time you go on the weekend, give me a call. I have season passes and have only been twice. Drew and Mitchell would have a blast playing. Such a good family place.

He is getting so big! We will have to go to the zoo together sometime!
So sweet KK enjoy every moment passes too quickly ! When that baby girl gets here I'll keep her while you take Mitchell to the zoo since he won't stay with me.
