Here's the picture of Mitchell's first fat busted lip! I think he's finally gotten used to it, but at first he just kept running his teeth over the bump!

Happy Anniversary!
Today is mine and John's 4 year anniversary! I was looking for some pictures of the two of us, and i've come to the conclusion that once kids come along, you don't have many pictures together as a couple, but thats ok! HAHA So here's the most recent one from Christmas!
Just want to say that I love you John and thanks for being such a great husband, father, but most importantly a Man of God! I Love You!
Here's a little entertainment for you all! My husband showing off his best dance moves! HAHA And yes, that is a sports coat that he's wearing! Mitchell and I were having a dance party in the living room and John was in our bedroom. Next thing I know, he comes out dancing and wearing the coat! Enjoy! (sorry about the quality, i took the video on my phone)

2 year check-up!
Looks like we are on track to have a linebacker in the future! Mitchell topped the stats today at his check-up!
Height: 36 3/4 (95%)
Weight: 33lbs. 10 oz. (95%)
Head: 50 cm (97%)
The doctor says he's predicting him to be between 6'1-6'2, so daddy was pretty happy about that!
This morning while we were getting ready to head to the doctor's office Mitchell was on our bed just laying around, as i turn to head into the bathroom I hear him hit his mouth on our headboard! It didn't take no time for his lip & nose to start bleeding. This was all right after I asked him if he wanted to go see Dr. Mehrotra and he said, "Yea!" It bled for a while, but now its just swollen. I'll try and post a picture soon!

New Truck!
Mitchell had some birthday money, so he decided that it was time to buy his first new vehicle! He was debating between the Ford F150 & the Jeep Hurricane. He decided to go with the F150 because it was a little cheaper and he knew how much insurance was gonna cost him!
He still hasn't gotten the driving down yet. He can't quite reach the pedals, so he gets a slight case of whiplash everytime he drives! And he's only hit three trees so far!
Whatcha think about my new wheels??

Camping #2
Well Mitchell had his second camping experience this year and I think he loves it more and more each time. Mom & Dad were going up for the week, so John and I sort of last minute decided to go up for a couple days! We bought a tent and slept in it! The first night was a little rough, but the second night was better. Mitchell of course got to sleep in the camper with Mamaw and Papaw though! We played on the playground, swam in the lake, rode the "boats" (seadoos), fed the fish, and played some cornhole! I think Mitchell is ready to go back!
There's a story behind this shirt that Mitchell is wearing! It actually used to be mine when I was little. I would always say, "No Way Man", so my uncle had this shirt made for me. Well while we were gone to Gulf Shores, David taught him to say "No Way"(and I didn't tell mom anything about him saying that). So the day we get back Mitchell stays with Mamaw and Papaw while we unpack and when we go to pick him up he had this shirt on! It was pretty funny!

Playing on the playground- Not sure what kind of face he's making here!
Walking Lexie!
This sure is fun!
About to jump off the buoy!

Water Fight!
A couple Thursdays we were all outside at moms and this is what ended up happening!
Mom was kinking the hose, so the water would come out at just the right time!
Who knew a water hose could be so much fun!
HAPPY 2nd BIRTHDAY to Mitchell!
Mitchell had a fun-packed day Saturday! He and his daddy went to the ballpark to watch Daniel and David play ball, then they went to Books-A-Million and played with the train for a little bit, while me and Aunt Shannah were decorating and getting things ready for the party! We just wanted to say thank you to everyone for coming and for all of the wonderful gifts. It's so much fun getting everyone together and having fun at the pool!
We also wanted to give a HUGE thanks to Mawmaw and Papaw for letting us use their house and for helping us get everything ready. Mom helped me make all of the cupcakes and cakes, along with making other stuff too. Thank you Papaw for getting everything ready outside too! We love you and don't know what we would do without you!
The caterpillar cake! Mom baked all of the cake part and I iced it! It took quite a while to ice all of the parts, but it was really fun. My fingers were cramping a little but i survived! HAHA

Mitchell's personal cake!
PRESENT TIME
Close-up of the mud/worm cake! Mitchell just kept saying, "Eeeeeeewwwww" when he first saw it. We were worried he wouldn't eat it, but he ate a little bit, then was off to play!
PRESENT TIME
Alright, a new shovel for MawMaw's sandbox!
I think the book was the first present Mitchell opened and he seemed content with just the book!
OK, so this picture got out of order, but I didn't want to delete all the others and go back. I just think this picture is too cute. Jazlyn is such a little mommy! Feeding Mitchell the icing off the bottom of the candle, while Nolen is sneaking a worm off the cake!
Cousin Jonathan helping open a box!
Got my Mickey Mouse Clubhouse, so I'm leaving!
CAKE TIME

Ready to blow my candle out! (The wind did the blowing though)
Not sure about this dirt, let me see how it tastes!
Last week!
We had a busy week last week! Here are a few pictures of what all was happening!
Nolen took Mitchell for a spin on his gator! Nolen says Mitchell isn't quite ready to drive the gator yet!

Happy Birthday Mom & Dad!
Almost 2!
WOW, what a difference a year makes! Last year at the beach Mitchell wasn't walking or talking! And this year he was doing plenty of both, not so much walking, but running! His birthday is on Saturday and we'll be celebrating it at my mom's house by the pool with friends and family!
*He absolutely loves Mickey Mouse. We have a Mickey cd in the car, so the first thing he says when he gets in his seat is "Mickey song" He also has a "Mickey towel" "Mickey plane" and "Mickey board" (cornhole board) I'm thinking about secretly sneaking him into Uncle Craig/Aunt Jamie suitcase this Dec. when they go to Disneyworld. Whats one more kid, right? HAHA
*He is almost putting full sentences together ex: "me hit ball" "Juice please momma"
*He has really gotten in to his train table that we made for him last Christmas or any train table for that matter, whether it be at Toys R Us or Books-A-Million, its hard to get him to leave those stores. Last week we saw the Music City Star going down the train tracks and he just kept saying "ride, me? ride, me?" It was too cute. We are gonna have to take him on a train ride soon, hopefully before John goes back to school!
*He loves swinging a bat or throwing a ball. I know this comes as no surprise!
*Anytime he sees a tractor, its always Pawpaw's tractor! HAHA
*He loves giving me numerous kisses at one time, or at least I like to think its just me! He makes the loudest smacking sound too, melts my heart everytime! I just hope he still does that when he's 14! :)
*He's not the greatest eater, but mainly because he's so busy. He really likes brocolli, carrots, and green beans, but hardly ever takes the time to sit still and eat a lot of them.
*I can't think of any fears that he has. He's very brave, but this could lead to us being in the ER someday!
*He loves being outside, especially if there is water or mud!
*He loves swinging and going high! I usually hear "swing HIGH!"
Those are the biggest things that I can think of right off the top of my head. I think it's getting close to potty training time, because if he only has his diaper on, he'll take it off and pee in the floor! Just about everytime we take him to the potty he'll pee though, so hopefully it won't be too bad.
We love our little boy and he's truly one of a kind! We wouldn't change anything about his sweet little personality! We are so grateful that God made him just the way he is! We love you Mitchell and Happy Birthday Saturday!
